About PSAcademy

Skills that are taught, practised and proven

Precision Skills Academy is a skills acquisition, learning and competency assessment centre for vocational, technical and professional education, aligned with National Occupational Standards.

Our purpose

Why Precision Skills Academy exists.

Many people already have talent and drive but no recognised way to show what they can do. PSAcademy closes that gap: structured programmes in the trades, technology, agriculture and business, paired with competency assessment that employers can rely on.

We combine guided learning, mentor-guided practice and human assessment against National Occupational Standards. Learners build a skill at their own pace, submit real evidence of their work and receive a verified record of what they can do — along with feedback when they are not yet there.

What we stand for

Practical before theory

Learners spend their time doing the work, then explaining it — not memorising it.

Evidence over claims

A competency record only exists when there is evidence behind it.

Open to everyone

Mobile-first, low-bandwidth friendly and available to learners without prior qualifications.
